The ideal candidate would have a mechanical mindset with a general understanding of farm tractors and farm equipment and be willing to work hard and be willing to learn.

• Experience with/or in and around agricultural equipment
• Understand and follow written rules and procedures

We are looking for a motivated, energetic people who likes working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates would have a mechanical aptitude through years of different service and repairs on varying types of equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Have and provide their own tools, (larger shop items provided by company)
• Be punctual and timely as business needs and changes.
• Experience with/or in and around agricultural equipment.
• Experience with small and mid-size construction equipment.
• Understand and follow written rules and procedures.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting/diagnostic abilities.
• Have the ability to stay flexible with changing priorities.
• Self-starting and driven personality.
